My standard fee for an initial evaluation is $265.00 and $165.00 for follow-up therapy sessions per 45-60 minute session. My fee for psychological testing services, such as pre-surgical evaluations, is $165.00 per hour in addition to the initial evaluation fee, including the clinical interview, test administration, scoring, interpretation, and report writing. These fees include consultations with other
professionals, if needed, to coordinate your care (i.e. psychiatrist,
physician, previous therapist). Payment is due in full at
each session. Cash. credit cards, and Zelle payments are accepted. I accept insurance benefits from most Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans. I am also an authorized community care provider for the VA Health Care System. For all other insurance companies, I will provide you with a receipt for services that you may submit for reimbursement through your out of network benefits. This information is subject to change.
